There were a total of 23 respondents to the survey. With an approximate player base of over 200 this represents only about 10% of the association’s membership and is not considered a statistically valid sample.
Nonetheless, the results of the survey indicates that most of the respondents were NOT in favour of changing the competition playing days with only 40% in favour of considering changes. Sixty percent of respondents wanted to leave the playing timeframes as they are.
Based on these results the Committee has decided to NOT change any competition playing dates but will continue to canvass the membership to ensure the Association competition schedule best suits the majority of players.
