Collect score sheet from central table- Make sure ball and score sheet is ready for the game
- Check that all players on each team have ticked of their names
- Check with the team if this has not been done
- Draw a line through any player who is not there.
- Add any name if necessary
- Mark off officials name
- Stay in the vicinity of the score bench and supervise the scorers
- Officials only on the score bench. Not to be interrupted disturbed by other persons
